BIA Results

I got the thumbs up from Sheryl last night. Wahoo!


I have not lost a bit of my lean body mass. Bonus.
I lost 1% body fat. Bonus.
My intracellular water is up. Bonus.
I'm down 2 lbs of fat.
This photo shows just how much 1 pound of fat is. Gross.

So now to make sure I'm as healthy as possible come Race Day.

Sleep.
Stretching.
Healthy foods. As little processed sugar as possible.
No more alcohol.
Fish oil. Fish oil. Fish oil.
